*ALL LARGE ORDERS E.G. FRIDGES, FREEZERS, AIRCONS, TRAILER PARTS ETC WILL HAVE THEIR OWN FREIGHT CHARGE, THAT WILL VARY DUE TO WEIGHT & DIMMENSIONS.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders made before 8:30 am (AEDT/ Sydney Time) each day (Monday to Friday) are packed and sent the same day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.
If you have not received your items within 5 working days of making your order please email us with your order number.
DELIVERY
Your order will be left at your front door, if the delivery driver approves it to be safe from walking traffic. If the package is not safe to leave at your front door, It will be delivered to your local AusPost office. (Note- AusPost do provide us with an image of the parcel at your front door, for proof of delivery.)
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
- Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.
- If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.
